MDDA is a non-profit organization, founded in 1993, to represent direct selling companies in Malaysia and to promote ethical, responsive and excellent business conduct amongst its corporate members in the direct selling industry. Direct selling industry is an important industry in Malaysia, contributing over RM 5.5 billion worth of sales in 2008 and offers business opportunities (part time or full time) to the Malaysian public as well unique products and personal service to the public. It is an industry that can transform ordinary people into extra-ordinary people and achieve their dreams, but only if they put in their time and effort and serve their customers well. This website aims to promote public understanding of what constitutes good direct selling practices and  what is pyramid and get rich quick schemes.  It will also act as a forum for public to voice their opinions on certain issues that MDDA will pose from time to time on the website as well as public can direct their queries to the association. MDDA welcomes any suggestions/feedback on this website to ensure that it stays relevant towards promoting ethical, responsive and excellence in direct selling.
