1. Mechanical Engineering (KUCHING)
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Age between 22-35 years old
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical and leadership skills.
- Interest and experience in curriculum development issues as well as student support and performance issues will be an added advantage.
- Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
Requirements:-
- Possess Degree in Nursing from an approved and recognized higher institution, and teaching certificate in any nursing discipline is an advantage.
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Possess the latest Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Proficient in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have interest and ability to teach.

1. Clinical Instructor
Requirements:-
- Possess Diploma in Nursing from an approved and recognized higher institution, and teaching certificate in any nursing discipline is an advantage.
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Possess the latest Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Proficient in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
A) ACCOUNTANT (KUCHING)
Requirements:-
- Relevant Accounting Degree with 5 years working experience.
- Working experience would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of business process, internal control, risk management and system development.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Prepare financial management reports
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
- Monitor and support taxation issues
- Develop and maintain financial data bases
- Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
- Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
Requirements:-
Min LCCI Intermediate/higher or Degree/Diploma in Accounting/CAT with 3 years relevant experience.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:-
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- General ledger operations
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist in budgets and forecasts
- Assist with payroll administration
- Account/bank reconciliations
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Requirements:-
- Degree or Diploma in Administration Management / Human Resource Development or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in related field.
- A good understanding of the latest / best HR practices will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Self motivated, highly responsible and hard working.
- A team player.
Requirements:-
- At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Self motivated and possess a positive working attitude.
- Resourceful, possess initiative, well organized and independent with minimum supervision.
- Must be goal oriented and a strong team player
- Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Email, Internet)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Requirements:-

Requirements:-
- Malaysian or Permanent Residence only.
- Preferably with relevant qualifications in Security or related discipline.
- Preferably 2 years experience in Security Department in the Hotel Industry, Ex- Policeman or Ex – Army Personnel service would be added advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mature, positive attitude, self-discipline, highly motivated, pro-active, details orientated.
- Well-groomed and must be physically and mentally fit, willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
