Responsibilities:
To provide administrative services and day-to-day support to the department which comprises of :
• Purchasing official air tickets and booking accommodation
• Preparing quotations for room rental
• Planning the utilisation and allocation of classrooms
• Plotting timetables
• Following up on students’ absenteeism
• Attending to enquiries from parents and students
• Verifying claims
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year working experience in general administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Hard-working, pleasant personality and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, high degree of integrity,
initiative and commitment
